I worked with Constantin and he was extremely knowledgeable about Broncos and he was so nice. He is not a "pushy" salesman. I shopped around for weeks before finally purchasing and he made it a breeze. I would for sure refer friends and family to him for a nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and relaxing purchasing experience.

My second experience with Hines Park Ford and it went even better! Melisa Altan pulled off a deal that I didn't think was possible, she made my experience so EASY and quick. She and (Jennifer, I believe) were so helpful and kind to work with. In two days they got me into a new vehicle and worked with me to make my trade in and new Bronco exactly what I needed. Appreciate all your help, will always return to see Melisa :)

The car we got was very clean and they did a great job with fixing it up and putting new tires and a new battery in it before I picked it up. 10/10 experience!

Our salesman, Constantine did an excellent job. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us. He did a great job explaining the difference between leasing and buying our new Ford Escape’s. He worked with us to get every manufacturer incentive we could, trade in, college, and X-Plan. He even put a giant pink bow on by daughters new car when we came to pick it up, she was super happy! All in all, it was a great experience!

After having visited several car dealership, I was impressed by the number of cars displayed in the Hines Park showroom. I did not see this at any other dealership. My son and I were greeted by several people upon entering the dealership. Again, this was not what we had previously experienced. Our salesman, Constantine, made spending money fun, great personality. I really felt like he was working for me and not the dealership even though I knew better. I’m extremely happy with the car that I purchased. Now I just wish I can figure out the navigation system.
