The Ford Edge that was ordered months ago (there was a production delay due to the auto strike) at Hines Park Ford was delivered to my home the other day. Hines Park Ford is in Brighton and I live in Plymouth! Such a delightful, smooth experience. Not only that but, due to some extra incentives offered by Ford, the monthly payment was less than originally quoted when the new car order was placed. My salesperson stayed in touch over the months as I waited and actually gave me an anticipated "production date" so I knew that I was getting closer to being a new vehicle owner.
