"Great staff and dealership. I took my Fusion in for repair during the busy Holidays. They finished the next day and even completed a small recall that was called for. I waited a short time in a nice, comfortable, open waiting area for the courtesy shuttle driver to collect me to drop me off at my house. I knew I made the right choice when buying from Derrick last year."

"From beginning to end, the service experience was great! I first scheduled my 2011 Fusion for service online - two weeks in advance of the actual service schedule date. Scheduling online was convenient and simple. What impressed me more was the follow-up phone calls - one to validate the service date scheduled and the work to be performed and the second to reconfirm the scheduled service. Both these calls were made by someone at the dealership - not some automated reminder call. The service work was done on time as promised. Additionally, one of the Service Advisors took time to respond and demonstrate a vehicle operation question asked by my daughter. That was very helpful.
